Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy is effective as of 2026-06-04.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the service. Partial refunds may apply if the service has been partially used.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@ibranics.com with:

• The email address used to sign up
• Your order number or payment date
• Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
• Services already fully consumed or downloaded
• Free trial periods or promotional credits
